Welcome to the
Gender Equity INItiative in Global Surgery
WHAT WE DO
We hope to build a community with a shared vision for gender equity in surgery globally. The organization consists of three pillars: research, mentorship, and advocacy. Our Regional Liaisons and a Diversity, Equity and Justice (DEJ) Task Force work at the core of our organization and guide all the work we do.
