The Research Council aims to generate data and evidence to inform the public about gender disparities and structural barriers in surgical fields that are oppressive toward certain underrepresented genders. We currently have several ongoing projects listed below. We are also developing a number of new exciting projects and will be sharing details on ways of getting involved in the near future.
