We are excited to launch our Mentorship Program for 2025!! GEIGS Mentorship Program is an exciting initiative aimed at empowering the next generation of surgeons and scientists.

Discover the Global Impact of #GEIGS! Our mentorship pods have united over 40 countries in the past program, bringing together medical students, interns, and graduates. They've embarked on a journey of learning and growth across domains like Clinical Research, Policy, Education, Entrepreneurship, and more. From navigating residencies in new countries to tackling gender bias in the workplace, our mentees are breaking barriers and shaping the future of surgery. Their diverse dreams and ambitions are what drive our mission of global inclusion and equity in the surgical field.
